Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note that the swimming pool is under maintenance and not available until 1 October 2025.
Detailed information is to be provided the day before access.
Guests will need to abide by the rules of the Port Alfred Sands Complex.
Servicing and cleaning can be arranged at a certain fee.
No glasses or bottles are allowed within the pool area.
Please don't use the pool between 22:00 and 07:00, and note that it is not available during the winter period.
Please be considerate, no loud noise or music is permitted after 22:00.
Indoor smoking is prohibited.
The maximum number of vehicles is 2. Permission from the owner is required for an additional vehicle. Parking in the driveway is prohibited.
No more than the maximum number of guests indicated will be allowed.
