House Rules

Please note that the property is not suitable for young children.
Pets are allowed, prior to arrangement.
The number of guests may not exceed the number confirmed in the booking (all ages count unless under 6 months). Day visitors only by prior arrangement.
This is a self-catering property. No cleaning is included during your stay. Fresh linen will be provided for bookings longer than 10 days.
Fires are permitted only in designated braai areas and fireplaces. No beach fires or fireworks. Never leave hot coals unattended.
No smoking indoors. Use ashtrays. Be cautious with candles; hot wax may damage surfaces.
Only toilet paper may be flushed.
Please activate the alarm when leaving. Failure to do so may void insurance coverage.
No loud music or disturbances, especially after 22:00. Switch off outdoor lights by 22:00.
This is a protected UNESCO biosphere. Respect local fauna and flora.
Keep windows and doors closed when away. Do not feed baboons. If one enters, remain calm and let it exit on its own.
Do not move furniture. Locked cupboards are private and must not be opened.
Any damage or breakages must be reported to the host and will be for the account of the guest.
Excessive cleaning and laundry costs will be for the account of the guest.
