Paradise Beach House offers self-catering accommodation and is located in the seaside area of Kommetjie, in Cape Town. This holiday house is situated in the heart of Kommetjie village and is less than a 1-minute walk from the ocean and to all of the village amenities, restaurants and cafès.
Accommodation at the property comprises 1 main house and a separate cottage, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. The main house consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one big studio room with an indoor braai and a sleeper couch, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open-plan living area that faces the pool and the outside braai. The cottage consists of a big room with a double bed with an en-suite bathroom.
In the spacious main house, the main bedroom is furnished with an extra-length king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower; the second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds and a private toilet next door with a shower and bath. On the other side of the house, the cottage is equipped with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The open-plan kitchen boasts a scullery area, a double-door fridge, a Smeg 5-plate stove, an oven, and a large comfortable counter with stools and a 10-seater dining table. The adjacent living area has sofas to relax on and a fireplace; glass stack doors open to the sun-drenched patio, which boasts an outdoor dining area and a built-in braai area overlooking the pool.
The property has a small generator for the Wi-Fi during loadshedding. The shady courtyard in the back also offers a kids' play area. Secure parking is available for up to 2 cars
