Paresispark 7 is a townhouse situated in a secure complex in Henties Bay, a coastal town in the Erongo Region of western Namibia.
The home comprises three bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating six guests. The first bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The remaining bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the last bathroom is fitted with a bath. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan living space features a dining table with six chairs and a lounge area furnished with comfortable seating and a TV. The kitchen includes an indoor braai and is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, and microwave. Essential kitchenware, including cups, mugs, plates, cutlery, pots, and pans, is provided for guest use.
DStv and Wi-Fi are included.
Secure parking is available within the complex. The unit includes a single garage with remote-controlled access, providing direct entry into the unit. For added security, the unit has 24-hour armed response. The alarm must be activated when leaving the unit, and the panic button on the remote can be used for a quick response if needed.
