House Rules
Quiet hours start at 22:00. No music on balconies or if it disturbs others. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out by 10:00; late check-out may incur fees. Lost keys, access cards, or fobs incur replacement charges.
Furniture must be used carefully and not moved outside. Cushions and wooden furniture should be brought indoors if it rains. Dishes must be cleaned or left in the sink. Turn off the gas and cover the braai when cool. Dispose of rubbish in the provided bins.
No drugs or illegal substances allowed. Keep windows and doors closed to prevent monkey damage; the property is not liable for this. One basement parking space included; unauthorised parking may be towed.
Children must be supervised, especially near the pool. Pool use is at guests’ own risk.
Parties or events need prior approval; otherwise, fines apply. Only registered guests are allowed; unregistered visitors incur fines. Smoking indoors is prohibited.
Do not place wet towels on furniture. Report spills immediately. Misuse of appliances may lead to repair costs; contact the host if unsure. Switch off all lights and appliances when not in use.
Lock all doors and windows when leaving; the property is not liable for theft. Open flames or unattended braais will be fined. Guests must allow staff urgent access. Keep noise low in communal areas, especially at night.
Guests are responsible for lost or damaged items. Alcohol is not allowed in public areas. Respect neighbours.
Domestic cleaning is twice weekly; extra cleaning and laundry services are available on request.
Photos will be taken before check-in and after check-out to check for damages. The property is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or accidents. Guests are responsible for their safety and belongings.
Rule violations may result in fines from R500 to R2,000. Damages over the deposit will be charged and reported. By booking, guests agree to these rules; non-compliance may lead to fines, cancellation, or eviction without refund.
Additional Information
Self-catering unit cleaned twice weekly or more on request. Bath and swimming towels are provided. Basic bathroom essentials included. One covered parking space is provided; more can be arranged on request.
