House Rules

Please note that the accommodation has/is accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
No smoking is allowed in the apartment, but smoking is permitted outside. Please discard buds in the dustbin; do not discard cigarette buds in the garden or on the paving.
All linen is supplied, please bring your beach and bath towels.
Please note that a refundable deposit of R4000 is required and is payable to the establishment's preferred account once the booking has been confirmed and paid in full. A binding rental contract will be sent by the establishment and must be completed by the guest. A standard cleaning fee of R750 will be deducted from the deposit, and any damages will be charged accordingly. The balance of the deposit will be refunded within seven days after departure, provided no damages have occurred.
