Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

-A maximum of 4 guests are allowed and must leave by 22h00pm or else an extra R4000.00 will be charged to your account.
As the booking guest you will be held liable for any broken or missing items, injury or death. See the full Indemnity and Disclaimer on page 12
-No smoking allowed in the guesthouse. A fine of R1000.00 will be imposed if caught or if the apartment smells of smoke. This includes braai smoke.
Smoking is allowed in the bar area but be sure to keep the interleading sliding door closed.
-There is a barrel available outside the reception office for your refuse. Please place all your refuse in a bag before putting into the barrel. No hot ash allowed at all.
-A date change may be done 5 days before arrival if availability on the new dates.
No date changes during the following period: 12 December – 02 January.

-Do not tamper with the Wi-Fi router, alarm system, generator, pool pump, or any security systems.
-No touching or moving of memorabilia or displays inside or outside.
-Life preservers and alarm sensors are for emergencies only.
-No jumping over walls or accessing neighboring properties.
-Treat all sliding doors, shower doors, cupboards (especially mirrored), and blinds (including dropdown blinds) gently.
-Keep dropdown blinds secured when down, especially in windy conditions.
-Do not use or tamper with the boat, pool cleaner, or any display items.
-No loud noise, especially after 22h00. Absolute quiet after 00h00.
-Always close and lock doors, gates, and windows when not in use.
-No urinating, spitting, or washing sand off in the pool.
-Use the outdoor shower or foot tap to rinse off after the beach.
-Keep all gates closed, especially the beach access gate, after 22h00.
-No fish cleaning, laundry, or pool additives in or near the pool.
-Children must be supervised at all times. There is no safety net for the splash pool.
-No diving or splash bombs.
-No pets allowed.
-Use beach walkway at your own risk; keep the gate closed at all times.
-CCTV is active throughout the property. Maser Security offers 24/7 armed response.
-Emergency numbers are provided inside the unit.
-Lock away valuables at all times.
-Do not start the generator without host assistance.
-Do not leave air conditioners running when not at the property.
-Septic tanks in use – only toilet paper to be flushed. A R1000 fee applies for blockages.
-Smoking in rooms incurs a R1000 fine.
-No drugs or illegal substances allowed.
-No excessive alcohol-related behavior.
-Beach boulevard use requires 24-hour notice. Owners may reserve it for private functions.
-Be mindful of the neighbors’ privacy and keep pool area noise to a minimum.
-Bathroom towels are for indoor use only.
-Lost key fee: R800.
-Damage to property or displays will incur extra costs beyond the R3000 damage deposit.
-Theft will be reported to the SAPS and Maser Security.
-Refunds, cancellations, and liability details are on pages 6 & 12 of your info pack.
-Right of admission is always reserved.
