House Rules

The premises are let for holiday purposes only, no gatherings allowed.

The number of guests for this flat is a maximum of 8, including children. No visitors are allowed. A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed. Two vehicles may park in the basement garage.

Quiet time shall be especially observed between 21h00 and 07h00 daily.

No firearms, pellet guns or fireworks may be discharged on the property.

No loud music may be played as this is a residential-area. This includes the vehicle's sound system for entertainment.

No noise at will be tolerated

Exceeding the number of allowed tenants in the unit is not allowed and will result in retention of 100% of your payment and eviction from the unit without refund.
