Valid photo ID and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
Children under 12 staying in their parents’ room, stay free and pay only for meals direct with the hotel.
All no shows will be charged 100% of the booking value.

Guests are kindly advised that bringing outside food and beverage items onto the hotel premises for consumption is strictly prohibited. However, the hotel is committed to accommodating special dietary requirements with prior arrangement. Guests are encouraged to contact guest services in advance to discuss any specific needs or requests.

The hotel strives to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. Please note that irons are not available in the rooms; however, designated ironing stations are conveniently located throughout the hotel for guest use.

An early departure fee, of at least one nights charge, will apply when checking out prior to the original check out date
In the event of a no-show, one night accommodation will be levied
