House Rules

Please treat the property with care and leave it in the condition you found it. Any damages or losses should be reported immediately.

Please be considerate of neighbors. Keep noise to a minimum, especially during late hours (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM).

The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. No additional guests are permitted without prior approval.

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking (including vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use designated outdoor areas if you wish to smoke.

Dispose of cigarette butts in the designated bin to avoid any fire hazards.

Regrettably, no pets are allowed.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your self-catering needs. Please clean up after use, wash dishes, and store food properly.

Please follow the provided instructions when using the appliances. If something is broken or not working, please notify us immediately.

Please dispose of food waste and recyclables in the correct bins provided.

Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the property. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Please return keys to the keybox upon check-out.

Familiarize yourself with the location of fire exits and extinguishers. Do not leave cooking appliances unattended.

The property is not available for parties, large gatherings, or events unless specifically agreed upon in advance. Any unauthorized events may result in eviction.

If parking is provided, please use the designated parking areas only. Do not block driveways or access points.
