Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The house includes a cleaner and a gardener from Monday to Friday.

The house makes use of purified water via a borehole filtration system.

The home has 28 large solar panels and uses a 10.5 kw inverter and a 28 KWH battery system.

No parties or events allowed.

Smoking inside the property is not permitted.

No unregistered guests allowed on the premises.

Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00, please be respectful of neighbours.

Pets are not allowed unless previously approved.

Please turn off lights, heating/cooling, and appliances when not in use or when leaving the property.

Keep the property clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.

Dispose of trash in the bins provided and do not leave food out, especially overnight.

Check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise arranged.

Any damages or issues should be reported immediately.

Electricity up to R2000 is included. Extra usage will be billed separately. Average monthly use is around R1000, so it’s unlikely that guests will exceed this with normal use.
