Not great. We booked this guesthouse as a Bed and Breakfast, but unfortunately no breakfast was served. The excuse given was that the booking agent (the website) charges too much commission. One of the rooms also did not have an en-suite bathroom – the guest had to share the house's communal bathroom, which only had a bathtub with no plug. The room sharing the communal bathroom also did not have a fridge installed. Overall, the accommodation did not match what was advertised or expected. The house owner was also very noisy throughout the night.

Our listing clearly states that breakfast is not included in the room rate. We do, however, offer breakfast as an optional add-on for guests who wish to arrange it in advance. We’ll continue to ensure this information remains clear on all booking platforms to avoid any confusion in the future. For the room setup and bathroom access, we regret that this was not as you anticipated. We have one room without an en-suite bathroom; however, the bathroom is designated exclusively for the guest occupying that room to ensure privacy and convenience. Lastly, we apologise for any noise disturbance you experienced during your stay. The noise was caused by another guest and not the owner. We always encourage a peaceful environment and take steps to ensure all guests can enjoy a quiet and restful experience. We appreciate your comments as they help us improve our service. Glad nie waarde vir geld nie! Plek was oud en nie die beste nie, daar was nie 'n TV in kamer nie en onnet.

Ek het my deposito verbeur want ons wou nie daar oorslaap nie. Die plek was vuil en glad nie gereed nie, moes 5 slaap, maar het net beddens vir 4 gehad.

Skoon, netjies en vriendelike diens. Baie lekker gebly, sou onderdakparkering vir my voertuig wou gehad het. Witbank bekend vir slegte weer. Baie gerieflike verblyf.
