Value for money. Had a great stay. The place is beautiful, clean and tidy, has everything you need. Would have helped a lot if we could use the air conditioning, but its power was turned off, although we had to buy extra power for it. The bedroom ceiling fans can only be turned on slowly, so the evenings were quite warm. WiFi would also have been a plus. If you don't bring WiFi, you can't enjoy the TV. They said this in their booking letter, I misread it ‍️. The heated pool is definitely a plus for the evening swim. We really enjoyed it. Lizelle was very friendly and welcomed and assisted us. Thank you for your lovely review. I'm not sure why you were not able to use the aircon. It was recently serviced, so there should have been no issue. I will investigate what went wrong. After going to investigate I noticed that there is a switch next to the aircon that was never switched on. I plan to ensure it is switched on for future guests considering that not everyone would know to do that. Thank you for your input, and I hope we see you again soon.

I will definitely book again. Amazing. Fantastic stay! Highly recommend. I had the pleasure of staying at Ramsgate Palms, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and Lizette was incredible. The place was absolutely clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. The ocean view is absolutely stunning with a patio. The dishwasher and washing machine made life easier whilst on holiday. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Whether you're travelling for business or leisure, I would definitely recommend this place. It’s great value for money, and the attention to detail is evident throughout.
