Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A once-off, fully refundable breakage deposit is levied on every confirmed booking. The breakage deposit will be paid back to the guest within 5 working days from departure, if the property and its contents are in the same condition as it was found.

The outstanding balance must be paid in full to TravelGround before or on the day of arrival.

Firewood must be purchased.

Any items broken by guests during their stay must be replaced by the guests.

A cleaning service is available by prior arrangement at an additional cost of R300 per day and is directly payable to the person.

Smoking indoors is not allowed. Any loud music and noise are also not allowed. Quiet times are from 22:30 to 07:30.

The maximum occupancy is 6 people, including infants and children of all ages. Any additional guests will incur a charge per person per night, which is not part of the original booking placed.

Please note that the owner also lives on the premises.
