House Rules

By accepting the quote, you agree to provide a completed personal information form and a copy of your ID.

To respect our neighbours, loud music, excessive noise, and parties are not allowed

Please note the house is not pet-friendly.

Day visitors are not permitted. Non-compliance may result in immediate eviction without a refund and forfeiture of the breakage deposit.

The breakage deposit will be used for missing or damaged items, cleaning if the property is left dirty, and extraordinary cleaning of furniture and linens.
Please wash and put away dirty dishes before leaving, as unwashed dishes will incur an extra fee.

Smoking is prohibited in the house; any signs of smoking will lead to loss of the deposit.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days, minus any deductions, the person who made the booking is responsible for any excess costs if the deposit is insufficient.

Remember to pack the following items: bath and beach towels, dishcloths, firewood, toiletries, cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper, and additional black bags.

The owner and manager are not responsible for injuries, loss, damage, theft, or forgotten items.
