Good. Our stay was very pleasant and we found the accommodation comfortable. The only issue we encountered was being charged for a late check-in. We didn’t raise it at the time, but it felt unnecessary, especially since the manager resides in the same building. Given this, we kindly request consideration for compensation in the form of a complimentary stay at one of your accommodations in the future. We believe this would reflect the level of hospitality we had otherwise experienced.

Very pleasant. Very pleasant stay, just hiccups with the parking access as the system seemed to kick you out every other day.
