House Rules

The unit must be vacated by 10:00 on the morning of departure.
Tenants to provide their own food and wash their dishes.
The waste bin will be cleaned regularly by the host.
Kindly keep the unit neat and tidy.
Please use the laundromats in the vicinity. Washing of clothes is not allowed as there are no facilities in the unit. But an iron and an ironing board is provided for.
No overnight visitors are allowed. Overnight visitors will only be allowed if agreed with the host before the time. There will be an additional charge for overnight visitors.
No noise after 21h00.
No parties or loud noise are allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
No items may be removed from the unit.
The backyard is a private property.
Please note that South African legislation requires hosts to obtain identification from guests.
