Magaliesburg average. My daughter and I were looking for somewhere close to home where we could hike, read, rest and take the dogs. Saamrus is all of this and more. We stayed in Karee Cottage at the top of the koppie which has spectacular views of the Magaliesburg mountains. We loved the bushwalk and riverwalk even though the climb back up was quite a workout. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Thank you.

Lovely destination for a short pet-friendly getaway. We spent 2 days at Saamrus Guest Farm with our little one, and really enjoyed it. The unit was clean and tidy, with everything you need. The walking trails are also clean and well maintained. Would love to visit again in the summer when the veld is green. Leo at reception was very helpful and friendly.
