Sabuti HL1199 is a lovely self-catering sea-view apartment nestled within the pristine beauty of Simbithi Eco Estate making it an ideal option for a family or group of friends.
This air-conditioned apartment can accommodate a total of 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms are each comfortably furnished with a queen-size bed and feature en-suite bathrooms, one fitted with a bath and shower while the other has just a shower. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds and makes use of a separate bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, and dishwasher as well as a washing machine. The lounge and dining area has comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax while also admiring the sea views. For guests' entertainment, a smart TV with streaming services and access to free Wi-Fi is available. An inverter is available to ensure the Wi-Fi and TV stay on during power outages.
The living area opens onto a covered patio with plenty of seating to dine and relax. Step onto your private balcony with a Jacuzzi and enjoy ocean views. Relax, unwind, and take in the peaceful surroundings. Great for stargazing or watching the sunrise with a glass of wine.
