Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests must have a valid vehicle and driver’s license to enter the estate.
Please note that access to the estate will not be granted until the account is paid in full.
The host requires FICA documentation in order to grant access to the estate:
Proof of residence
Copy of ID
Bank-stamped bank details for the refundable breakage deposit
Guests are required to pre-register via the facial recognition link sent by email before arrival to avoid delays during check-in.
Guests must bring their own beach towels and dishwasher tablets if the villa has a dishwasher.
A starter pack is provided on arrival but will not be replenished. This includes hand soap, toilet paper, and dishwashing liquid.
Please note that no cash is accepted on the estate.
A fee of R400 will be deducted from the breakage deposit for departures after 10:00.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the villas, and a fine of R1000 will be issued for any violations.
Exceeding the maximum occupancy of the villa may result in eviction and penalties.
All doors and windows must be closed before leaving the villa to prevent monkeys from entering.
Guests are required to check the villa’s inventory upon arrival and report any discrepancies immediately.
All furniture, equipment, and appliances must be left in their original condition, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.
Damaged or missing items will be deducted from the breakage deposit and replaced at the guest’s cost. If the cost of the damage exceeds the deposit, the balance must be settled within 30 days of departure.
The host reserves the right to cancel any booking due to damage or disturbance.
Pets are not allowed on the estate.
The host accepts no liability for injury, death, loss, damage, or expenses arising from various factors, including natural events, theft, government actions, restrictions, travel limitations, and unforeseen emergencies. Refunds may be considered for unforeseen emergencies with valid proof submitted to management.
Daily servicing is provided between 08:00 and 14:00, except on Sundays and public holidays. Towels are changed every 2nd day, and linen every 5th day. Standard Villas do not receive daily servicing – only linen and towels are replaced every 5th day.
