Extra Fees

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests must ensure they have a valid vehicle and driver's licence to gain entry to the estate.
Access to the estate will not be granted until the account has been paid in full.
The host requires the following FICA documentation to process estate access:
Proof of residence
Copy of identity document
Bank-stamped confirmation of banking details for the refundable breakage deposit
Guests are advised to pre-register using the facial recognition link sent via email prior to arrival to avoid delays during check-in.
Beach towels and dishwashing tablets (if applicable) must be provided by guests.
A starter pack is supplied on arrival, which includes hand soap, toilet paper, and dishwashing liquid; these items will not be replenished during the stay.
Cash payments are not accepted on the estate.
Guests are required to depart by 10:00.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villas.
Exceeding the maximum occupancy of the villa may result in eviction.
All doors and windows must be securely locked before leaving the villa to prevent access by monkeys.
Guests are required to check the villa inventory upon arrival and report any discrepancies immediately.
All furniture, equipment, and appliances must be left in their original condition, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.
Any damaged or missing items will be deducted from the breakage deposit and replaced at the guest’s expense. Should the cost of damages exceed the deposit, the balance must be settled within 30 days of departure.
The host reserves the right to cancel any booking in the event of damage or disturbance.
Pets are not permitted on the estate.
The host accepts no liability for injury, death, loss, damage, or expenses arising from natural events, theft, government actions, travel restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies.
Refunds may be considered in the event of unforeseen emergencies, subject to the submission of valid supporting documentation to management.
Daily service is provided between 08:00 and 14:00, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Towels are changed every second day, and linen every fifth day. Standard Villas do not receive daily servicing; they include linen and towel changes every fifth day only.
