House Rules

Accommodation is located on the owner’s property but guests have access to their own facilities as well as a private entrance.
Please pre-book your seating time for breakfast, between 07:00 and 09:30, at reception.
The Sandcastle Guesthouse reserves the right to judge unacceptable levels of noise or behaviour of the Guest or invitees of the Guest who must take all steps necessary for corrective action as requested by the management of the establishment.
Extra guests will be charged when you decide to bring an extra person to the room. Please arrange this with the property manager.
All indoor venues of the property are non-smoking. Guests wishing to smoke may do so at the cigarette bins in the designated area. The Sandcastle Guesthouse will charge an additional amount for the cleaning of the room and loss of business for 24 hours after the Guest has departed to clear any room of smoke before re-letting to a non-smoking Guest. Should the non-smoking policy not be adhered to a fine will be payable immediately apart from extra cleaning- or loss of business charges.
