The property accommodates up to 12 guests, with check-in available between 14:00 PM and 18:00 PM and checkout by 10:00 AM.
Pets are allowed, with a maximum of 2 per booking. However, events, parties, and commercial photography or filming are not permitted.
Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes, and incense are strictly prohibited inside the house.
Quiet hours are in effect from 23:00 PM to 07:00 AM, and guests are asked to be mindful of their neighbours, keeping noise levels to a minimum during these times.
Additionally, guests are requested to handle candles with care and avoid using tanning oils or makeup on white towels. It is also requested that guests do their dishes before leaving and ensure that all lights are turned off, with the alarm set upon exiting the property. A fee will be charged for any lost keys or gate remotes.
Cooperation is appreciated to help maintain a respectful and comfortable environment for all.
Please note that a small locked storage room in the master bedroom holds the owner's personal belongings and is not accessible.
Guests stay entirely at their own risk. The owners accept no liability for any injuries, losses, accidents, or damage incurred during the stay.

The units includes an inverter for loadshedding, 2 TV's with Netflix, beach gear, bikes, and a back gate leading to a rugby field and short walk to the beach.
