Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Shared amenities include the swimming pool, braai area and outdoor seating, garden & children’s playground. There is also a communal laundry room.

To maintain a fresh and comfortable space for all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the flat.
If you wish to smoke, please do so outside in the garden, where you can enjoy the open air. Kindly dispose of cigarette butts responsibly to keep the area clean.

To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. As this is a block of holiday flats, sound travels easily, so we kindly ask you to be mindful of your neighbors. If you're enjoying music or conversation, please keep the volume low during these hours.

Parties are not permitted in the flat. While we encourage you to enjoy your stay, please be considerate of your neighbors and keep any gatherings small and quiet. If you're looking for a lively atmosphere, we recommend exploring local restaurants and bars nearby.

Pets are not permitted in the flat, as the building does not allow animals. We kindly ask that you make alternative arrangements for any furry friends before your arrival.

If you notice any damage, missing items, or issues during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can assist promptly. Accidents happen—just notify us right away, and we'll resolve it quickly. Depending on the extent, there may be a charge for repair or replacement. Unreported damage may result in additional charges, so early communication is always appreciated.

We kindly ask that guests refrain from any illegal activity on the property or in the surrounding area. This includes, but is not limited to, the use or possession of illegal substances, unauthorized gatherings, or any behavior that breaks local laws or regulations. We want every stay to be safe, respectful, and enjoyable for you, your neighbors, and future guests.
