Four12 is situated in the popular avenues of Melkbosstrand, walking distance from the main beach, many highly rated restaurants to choose from, and a multitude of shops and other businesses.

SeaBreeze Cottage is situated on the same property but completely separate. The main house on the upper level is the permnent residence of the owners Lourens and Michelle Nienaber with their son Liam and the family dog Scout.

SeaBreeze Cottage is on the ground level and has a separate entrance. The cottage offers a a large bedroom with a queen bed, a full ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, basin, and toilet.

The large open-plan living area provides a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and lounge. The kitchen features a fridge, microwave, two plate induction stove, air fryer and enough cutlery and crockery for a family of four.

There is a queen size sleeper couch in the lounge providing sleeping space for up to 2 children.

Seabreeze has a patio an barbeque area with a 4 seater table for outdoor dining as well as patio lounge set for comfortable outdoor lounging should you wish to enjo sundowners outdoors.

Guests have complimentary Wi-Fi, and the flat-screen TV hasNetflix and Prime Video.

There are security cameras around the outside of the property.

The cottage has a dedicated off-street parking and is only 100 m from Melkbosstrand’s main beach.
