Excellent service, lovely sea view, ideal location, perfect for a relaxing break. We had an amazing long weekend stay at Shaka's Seat Guesthouse. From the moment we arrived, Gordon warmly welcomed us and graciously accommodated our early check-in request. The guesthouse features lovely rooms and a cottage perfect for bringing small pets. With a beautiful sea view, it's an ideal spot for a relaxing break. Conveniently located near shops and just a short walk from the beach, I highly recommend Shaka's Seat Guesthouse for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway.

The stay was a 10 out of 10. Staff were very friendly, Gordon was always available and more than willing to assist with anything, even the owner was always available and ready to help with anything. The guesthouse/room interior needs a bit of daily maintenance, nothing major, and the linen needs replacement. We will definitely make use of the facility again.

Enjoyable. I was welcomed by the Manager as if he had known me for years. He made sure that I knew where the shops were and he just made me feel at home.

Pleasant, relaxing, clean, worth the effort. The host made us feel very welcome and made an effort to let us check in earlier. The road in front of the guesthouse is quite busy, but the curtains make it soundproof. It is very close to a variety of beaches. My husband and I had a very nice stay.

Not very welcoming, with too much emphasis on what one can do, rather than comfort. Did not feel comfortable. Too many notices (typed in upper case) with instructions, do's and don'ts and rules and regulations. Felt more like a boarding school hostel than a guest house. Also, the email from the manager typed in red upper case lettering with instructions was not appreciated. Was not welcoming. The room was acceptable, but a bit shabby.
