Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Failure to comply will result in a mandatory penalty
fee.
Shama Guest Farm does not accept liability for the loss or damage to property. No firearms are
permitted unless prior arrangement has been made with management.
Any loss, damage to our property (structural and or removable objects of property, including but not
limited to the content of our farmhouse) as a result of any act or omission by a visitor or guest will be
charged to the relevant guest account. Full reimbursement will be required from the guest before checkout in such an event.
Please note that we are reliant on a
septic tank, and no foreign objects may be flushed down the toilets or drains.
Please refrain from littering.
No excessive noise is allowed after 22:00. Any complaints may lead to damage charges, and guests who do not comply may be requested to leave the property.
No pets are allowed.
