Cleanliness that was not up to standard. The cleanliness wasn't up to standard and a cleaning fee of R950 is included in the price. We were very disappointed when we found hair in the fridge and on the floors. There were sweep marks on surfaces and spill marks on the couch. The place didn't smell good from the cleaning, and we couldn't find any room spray or air freshener in the place. We had to go and buy from our own pocket, which included disinfectant for surfaces.
