Description
Shiloh Cottage is located in an exclusive estate in the Central Drakensberg, a protected World Heritage Site. The cottage is surrounded by 180-degree views.
This self-catering chalet can accommodate 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a super king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a bath, shower, double basin and toilet. This room also has access to a private balcony, with sprawling views. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, basin, and shower. The third bedroom features 2 single beds with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet, basin, and shower. Two additional guests can be catered for on sleeper mattresses on request.
The chalet has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 fridge-freezers, a gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer and a dining area with seating for 8. The spacious living area has comfortable seating, a combustion fireplace, and a Smart TV.
Aluminium folding doors open onto an entertainment area, including a covered patio with uninterrupted mountain and dam views, a dining area, sun loungers, braai facilities, a newly-fitted pizza oven, Jacuzzi and a firepit under the stars.
The estate boasts a pool, restaurant and bar, hiking trails and fishing opportunities. The cottage is also only 10 minutes from golf courses, canopy tours, a spa, restaurants and shopping outlets, beer and chocolate tastings, river rafting, quad biking, horse riding and helicopter rides.
