Please note that the property is in a very peaceful residential neighbourhood and not suitable or available for events, gatherings, parties, or non-resident visitors for the safety and tranquility of all of our guests. Apartments are monitored offsite via CCTV. Music or TVs that can be heard outside of the apartments are not allowed, and quiet time hours are between 21:00 to 08:00.
