Description

Silver Sunsets offers four family-friendly self-catering apartments in Sunset Beach, a quiet neighbourhood renowned for its popular kiteboarding beach in Cape Town. The apartments are just a 200m stroll from the beach and within walking distance of a small grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, and a MyCiTi bus station.

We offer two 3-bedroom apartments: Mountain and Ocean. Both are 95 sqm and comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Each apartment features 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second and third bedrooms each have 2 single beds. The second bathroom offers a large shower, washbasin, and toilet.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove and oven, microwave, toaster, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities and a dining table. The lounge includes comfortable couches and a flat-screen TV. Upstairs apartments open onto a shared balcony and feature shared braai facilities (shared with the neighbouring apartment).

1-bedroom apartment: Garden measures 65 sqm and sleeps up to 3 adults (or 2 adults and 2 young children). It comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and sliding doors that open onto a shared shaded patio. The en-suite bathroom has a large shower, toilet, and washbasin. The living area includes a double sleeper couch and a guest toilet off the lounge.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove and oven, microwave, toaster, basic cutlery and crockery, plus tea- and coffee-making facilities. The open-plan living area features a dining table, sleeper couch, additional seating, and a flat-screen TV.

Open-plan Studio apartment: Courtyard is 50 sqm and sleeps up to three adults (or 2 adults and 2 young children). It features an open-plan layout with a full kitchen and dining area, living area, and sleeping area with a king-size bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The living area includes a double sleeper couch, seating, and a flat-screen TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove and oven, microwave, toaster, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. This apartment has a private outside courtyard with a kettle braai and outdoor seating.

Additional facilities: Free on-site parking is available on the spacious driveways. A shared washing machine and laundry racks are provided for guest use.
