Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1200 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
By accepting the quote, you agree to provide a completed personal information form and a copy of your ID.
To respect our neighbors, loud music, excessive noise, and parties are not allowed.
Please note that pets are not allowed, and day visitors are only permitted with prior approval.
Non-compliance may result in immediate eviction without a refund and forfeiture of the breakage deposit.
Please wash and put away dirty dishes before leaving, as unwashed dishes will incur an extra fee.
Smoking, including vaping, is strictly prohibited in the apartment; any signs of smoking will lead to loss of the deposit.
We kindly ask that you clean the braai and remove any coals or ash before departure.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days, minus any deductions. The person who made the booking is responsible for any excess costs if the deposit is insufficient.
Remember to pack the following items: beach towels, firewood, toiletries, cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper, and additional black bags.
The property owner and manager are not responsible for any injuries, loss, damage, theft, or death to any person or their property, including any items forgotten or left behind in the house.
