Located in a quiet and secure residential area next to the owner’s home, the apartments boast panoramic views and breathtaking sunsets – perfect for guests seeking a peaceful retreat. Unfortunately, children under the age of 5 cannot be accommodated. Should a guest want to bring a child, the capacity will be 1 child and 1 adult on a double bed.

Each open-plan apartment features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. The kitchenette includes a breakfast nook, built-in 2-plate stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, a pan, and other kitchen essentials. The TV offers selected DStv channels, including kykNET, as well as Netflix, and free Wi-Fi is provided.

Guests can enjoy a splash pool and portable braai facilities. Please note, only charcoal may be used in the braais.

Each apartment has its own private entrance with no stairs and offers secure, covered parking behind an electric gate with an alarm. Please note: only one vehicle per unit is allowed. Caravans cannot be accommodated, and trailers must be arranged in advance. The property is conveniently located near shops, schools, MediClinic, and the Matumi Golf Course.

One small dog (such as a Yorkie) may be allowed with prior permission from the owner.
