The host and owners accept no liability; anyone entering the premises, including the grounds, does so entirely at their own risk. No one connected with the property shall be liable for any injury or death of any person, or for any loss of or damage to property, however caused, including arising from any degree of negligence.
This is a working farm; please be cautious of moving vehicles, equipment, and workers.
The speed limit on the farm is 20 km/h.
Please refrain from picking fruit or damaging the orchards.
Do not feed or disturb the animals.
Smoking is not permitted inside the units or on the grounds due to fire risk; please use the patio of the unit as the designated smoking area.
Fires may only be made in the designated fireplaces of the unit. Keep fires small and exercise caution.
Dispose of waste properly and avoid leaving trash or food outside.
Use water and electricity responsibly.
Keep noise to a minimum and refrain from loud music after 23:00, out of respect for other guests.
Adhere to the guest limit specified in the listing and inform the host before receiving visitors.
Leave the property in the condition it was found; all crockery and cutlery must be washed and packed away.
Damage to the property, breakages, and loss of items belonging to the property will be invoiced to the guest.
Failure to adhere to the rules of the property may result in penalty charges invoiced to the guest.
