General Conduct

No loud noise, music, or disorderly conduct after 10:00 pm.

This property is located in a quiet, family-friendly area — please be considerate of neighbours.

No parties or events are permitted.

A gardener is on site for maintenance purposes.

Occupancy and Access

Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.

Garages are out of bounds — no guest access permitted.

Please do not lock the house keys inside the property.

Cleanliness and Waste

Please be mindful of monkeys in the area; keep food secured at all times.

Black rubbish bags must remain inside the house or be placed in the green bins outside.

Once entry amenities (toiletries, detergents, etc.) are finished, guests are to restock at their own expense.

Pool Safety Disclosure

The property features an unfenced and uncovered swimming pool.

Use of the pool is entirely at guests’ own risk.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times near the pool area.

There is no pool net or additional safety barriers provided.

The property is equipped with an inverter for power back-up.

Please do not allow children to touch or play with the inverter.

Second offence: R5 000

Third and subsequent offences: R10 000
