For stays longer than a week, a mid-stay clean is offered. Additional cleaning or laundry services can be arranged upon request at an additional cost, if required.

Cameras are only used in common or outdoor areas, never in bedrooms or bathrooms. Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and used only for investigations, disputes, or legal/insurance purposes, in line with South African law (POPIA & Constitution)
