House Rules

Smoking inside the units is prohibited.
The air-conditioning operates on a pre-paid system. Should the provided units be exhausted during the guest's stay, additional units must be purchased at the guest's own expense.
Please switch the air-conditioning off if you leave the unit.
Children younger than 12 are not allowed to use the pool table.
Safety when using the pool is solely the guest's responsibility. Under no circumstances will the owners be held responsible for any accidents or damages.
