Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R300 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Please note that a refundable key and breakage deposit of R300.00 per unit is payable upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure after 8 am or as agreed upon before the departure day.
No persons other than those quoted are permitted to share accommodation, facilities, and amenities. Children are part of the total maximum number of people allowed per unit, with no extra beds.
No visitors are allowed at any time, including overnight guests.
Strictly non-smoking inside the flatlet or smoking substances on site or at the swimming pool area. No Marijuana and/or other smoking devices and drugs.
No pets of any kind will be allowed; the full deposit or payment will be forfeited.
No plastic wheel bikes, trikes, skateboards, noisy toys, drones, ketties, toy guns, any type of fireworks or crackers, or motorised cycles are allowed at the units.
No loud music and/or loud, unruly, abusive, swearing, fighting, drunken behaviour is allowed.
No littering or cigarette stubs are allowed anywhere on the premises, and carports are allowed.
Feeding the monkeys and other wild animals is not allowed.
Please note that no party groups, fishermen getaways or team building group activities will be allowed on the premises.
Once a day, only cleaning and dishwashing service before 13:00 is included in the rate.
