House Rules

The unit accommodates a maximum of 2 guests. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.

No parties or events without prior written consent.

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. During this time, the pool and rooftop deck are closed, and noise must be minimal. Noise monitoring is in place.

Respect neighbours and follow local parking rules.

No smoking indoors. Use outdoor ashtrays for cigarette disposal.

No eating or drinking in bedrooms or the loft. Use designated dining areas.

Please recycle using the bins provided. The property is accessed via a gravel road.

Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electronics when leaving. Close windows and lock doors.

Children must be supervised at the pool. No alcohol while swimming.

Report any damages immediately. Right of admission is reserved.

Anti-social behaviour, including excessive noise, public nudity, or inappropriate conduct, may lead to eviction.

The property is serviced on weekdays: cleaners from 09:00, groundskeeper from 08:00.

Optional extras like breakfast are available by prior arrangement at an extra cost.

All guests must sign the hosting agent’s standard agreement.
