House Rules

Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 06:30.

Smoking, vaping, or the use of e-cigarettes is not permitted inside or around the house. There is no designated smoking area on the property.

Pets are not allowed, as a Husky resides on the premises.

Parties and events with additional guests are not allowed.

The house accommodates a maximum of 6 guests and 1 baby or toddler.

Children are welcome and must be supervised at all times, especially near the swimming pool.

Guests must bring their own swimming towels.

Cleaning services are available on request at an additional fee.

The property is monitored with cameras, security beams, and armed response. Please ensure the front door is locked when leaving.

Only designated parking areas may be used.

The cottage and apartment on the property have separate entrances and may be booked together with the main house or occupied by other guests. The swimming pool and garden are shared spaces, and guests should respect the privacy of others.

Use of the swimming pool and other facilities is at the guests’ own risk. No lifeguards are on duty.

Please use the designated bins for all waste.
