Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. An ashtray is provided inside the laundry room baskets.

Extra guests or visitors are not allowed to stay over.

Parties and loud music will not be tolerated.

Quiet time is between 22:00 and 07:00.

All fires must be extinguished before heading to bed.

The CCTV camera is turned off during your stay. Please plug it back in on check-out day.

Guests are kindly asked to report damages immediately.
If any items are lost, stained, or broken, an amount will be deducted from the breakage deposit.

Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer for personal items.

Bed and bath linens are supplied and replaced upon request. Please do not wash or dry the bed linens and towels in the washing machine.

Stilbaai is situated in a dry area with restricted water resources. Please be mindful. Close dripping taps and report any leaks or pressure issues immediately.
