Please note that, upon booking confirmation and before check-in, all guests will be required to provide a copy/photo of their ID/Passport, residential address and vehicle registration, if available, as a precondition for access to the apartment.

The swimming pool has a safety cover that can be opened or closed, and use is at your own risk. Children need to be under parental supervision when using the swimming pool.

Note that only registered guests as per the booking are allowed on the premises. Visitors, in general, and particularly for weekend stays, are not allowed. In exceptional cases, day visitors may be permitted for long stays at the sole discretion of the owner, and if allowed, a day-visitor fee may be levied.

A maximum of one infant up to 2 years old is allowed, provided guests provide their own travel cots.
