Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Refundable key and breakage deposit is payable directly to 2694swartwitpens. Refundable within 5 working days after departure.
On safe receipt of the keys and no damage to the facilities, the breakage deposit will be paid back to guests within 5 days after departure. This deposit is payable directly to the owners of 2694 Swartwitpens.
Full payment is due 15 days before the entry date.
Cleaning is done before and after each guest. Additional basic cleaning can be arranged directly with the owners of 2694 Swartwitpens at an additional fee per clean.
All guests are required to complete a personal details form and agree to all park rules.
Any loud noise or music is strictly not allowed.
Parties or Big private functions are not allowed.
No more than the agreed-upon number of people allowed on the property at all times.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Guests will instantly be fined.
Domestic pets are not allowed. Guests will be asked to remove the pet.
Guests are expected to respect the property.
Speeding in the area is not allowed.
Please respect the animals and remember they are still wild.
Please inform us of any issues within the first day.
