House Rules

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please note:

General – Guests stay at their own risk. We are not liable for loss, injury, death, illness, or damage. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their children, or visitors. Illegal activities will be reported.

Pets – No pets allowed.

Smoking – No smoking indoors. Only smoke in designated outdoor areas. Penalties apply for non-compliance.

Noise & Behaviour – Keep noise to a minimum. No loud music or disturbances. Offensive behaviour, drunkenness, vandalism, or illegal activities will not be tolerated. Parents must supervise children.

Children – Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times to avoid disturbing others or damaging property.

Care of Property – Keep rooms and communal areas clean. No nails or alterations. Avoid blocking drains. Clean up after cooking. Do not move communal furniture or equipment.

Occupancy – Only the number of guests booked may stay in the room/unit.

Building & Grounds – Close windows in bad weather. Use clotheslines for laundry. Separate waste into general, recycling, and food bins. No open fires.

Eco-Friendly – Save water and electricity. Switch off lights and close taps when not in use. Report leaks or issues promptly.

Security – Follow security guidelines, keep doors locked, and close vehicle gates after use. Report suspicious activity to management.

Failure to follow these rules may result in your stay being ended without a refund.
