Breakage Deposit

House Rules

Balance payments are due 40 days prior to arrival, a 100% deposit will be required for all bookings made less than 40 days prior to arrival.

ID/Passport is required at check-in.

Advertised rates and minimum stays are seasonal.

Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen.

Additional cleaning services are available upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.

This property has a refundable breakage deposit of R 1500. An authorization hold will be placed on your credit card.

Rates are quoted per day.

A standard key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in.

An admin and cleaning fee will be charged per booking.
Guests should be aware that they will be charged R150 for late check-ins after 21:00. From midnight, an additional cost of R300 for later check-in will apply.
