Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R8000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

At an additional cost, the house also provides a 5-bedroom and 5 bathroom option - on request.

The minimum age for booking is 27.
Children or persons under the age of 27 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 30.

Please note this property has a breakage deposit payable before arrival.

Parking is available upon request. Please note that this request needs to be done within 48 hours prior to arrival, and pending availability.

Basic housekeeping is available upon request and subject to availability for Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 15:00. Please contact the host for more information.

Please note that beach towels do not get changed.

The linen is changed every sixth day.

Bathroom towels are changed every third day.

Silent hours are from 22:00 - 08:00 as per residential by-laws:
Use of the Pool and Jacuzzi areas is between 10:00 and 20:00 only.
Use of braai areas between 12:00 and 22:00 only.
No or minimum noise around the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi and the braai areas at all times.
No private parties, events, celebrations or functions are allowed around the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi and braai areas.
