Guests please note, there are permanent residents on the premises; they do live separately from the house with the available rooms, but you will not be able to book the whole house for this reason. There are always people on the property.
There are 2 cats who live in the boat garage; they never mingle with guests or come into the house, therefore, you are still welcome even if you are allergic.
No bachelor's parties or booze-ups are allowed on this property.
Please note that this is a 4-bedroom house with 3 rooms available and bookable.
Meals can be ordered on request at an additional cost.
Guests should please note that the whole property is not available to book.
