Check-In and Check-Out

Guest Identification
- All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID/Passport at check-in.
- The name on the reservation must match the name on the ID/Passport.
Occupancy
- Maximum room occupancy is determined by room type and local regulations.
- Additional guests may incur extra charges.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel.
- Designated smoking areas are provided outside the premises.

Lost and Found
- The hotel is not responsible for personal items left unattended.
- Found items will be held for 30 days before disposal.
