Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Maximum of 8 guests allowed. Extra or undeclared guests will incur a penalty fee of R500 per person per day. The street guard is instructed to remove guests if occupancy is exceeded, and this will be reported to the booking agent.

Quiet hours from 21:00 to 09:00.

Music permitted inside only. No music in the garden area.

Alcohol is allowed in the kitchen, dining area, and braai area only. Not permitted in bedrooms or in the pool.

Smoking is not allowed indoors. Permitted outside in the garden.

No parties or loud gatherings.

Pool rules: no diving, no food or drinks, and children must be supervised.

Guests must have a reachable telephone number on their profile.

Access must be granted to the host or cleaning staff when required.

Switch off heaters, fans, lights, and braai/BBQ when not in use.

One electric blanket is provided in the main bedroom; an extra heater is available on request.

Smart TV with Netflix available. No DStv.

Keep the property neat and tidy.

Parking: Please use the grass area on the left when entering. The carport is reserved for the cottage tenant.
