Due to its elevated position, the Tops Guest House offers lovely panoramic views of the Indian Ocean, the river mouth, and the indigenous forest. The guest house is situated in the seaside town of Wilderness, within close proximity to the beach, and is an ideal destination for those looking to explore the Garden Route.

Guests have the option of bed and breakfast or self-catering accommodation. The bed and breakfast accommodation comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms, and all these rooms have sea views. The guest house also offers 4 self-catering studios, each leading out onto a deck through wide sliding doors, offering lovely views and portable braai facilities. Each studio is equipped with a queen-size bed, a bathroom, a kitchenette, a lounge area, and a single roll-out bed.

Pack a picnic basket and visit our 3 bird hides from where you can watch the kingfisher’s diving for fish. Attempt to land your own cob or grunter from the river on the boardwalk, or from the beach. Canoe along the river to the waterfall, and swim in the cool water in the pools below. The guest house is conveniently located within close proximity to restaurants and 3 hiking trails; the area is also a paradise for golfers, paragliders, cyclists and mountain bikers.
